Introduction

An excessive use of emotive language overshadows the need for evidence.

Science is not sensational, and not based on consensus. The primacy of science is empirical evidence and observation. Consensus, although important, is secondary.

What we are seeing, and hearing, is objectification, which puts people into varying groups. Doctors who have treated thousands of patients over the years are suddenly called “quacks” by popular media pundits. Within the current schemata, there are no individuals. This…
